#11 change old white, dull porcelain fused to metal to inceram.

Bridge:

6 porcelain fused to metal bridges and increase bone resorption with cosmetic periosurgery in upper anterior(#11)

Mixed:		change porcelain fused to metal case.#11, #21 to inceram.#12, #22 enamel to empress veneer facing
Mixed:		4 empress veneers(#13, #11, #22, #23) and 2 inceram(#12, #21) in deep brown tetracyclin and dull endodontal teeth(#12, #21)

Dental Implant :

Correct the space lower anterior teeth #41 with dental implant ,abutment covered with inceram and #42 ,#31 with the Empress veneers
